       A popular file sharing and blogging site, has announced a $500 award for the funniest member blogs.  While the site has not defined what they deem funny, cues can be found in many of the members blogs and content, which range from educated scarcasm to crude toilet humor.  Pophilarity appears to be a play on the two words "popular" and "hilarious" or "hilarity" .  The popular site is the brain child of  2 Baylor grads and 1 University of Miami alumn and has garnered a loyal cult following among teens and college students.
