Wayne Richards, commissioner of the Port of Palm Beach is organizing this relief effort. He will be overseeing the operation here in the US and assist distributing these items in Haiti with World Harvest Missions Outreach Lake Worth, Florida.
SUGGESTED ITEMS TO DONATE:
1) Pots, utensils, basic cleaning products, garbage liners, buckets and basins, etc..
2) Tarps, ropes, new gas cans, shovels, wheel barrow, generators, batteries, flashlights, small boat engines, etc..
3) Sheets, towels, blankets, clothes and shoes in good condition, etc…
4) Cases of water, rice, beans, all types of dry goods, flour, sugar, can good with pop tops, baby good, peanut butter, etc…
5) Large zip lock bags with hygiene products, tooth paste, tooth brush, combs, soap, Tylenol, Neosporin, wash cloth, etc…
6) Over the counter medication: vitamins-adult/
7) Money
8) Cars, any kind of automobiles (tax write off)
