PRLog (Press Release) – Oct 05, 2008 – As a government and a country we have the resources and brainpower to solve our issues both economically and energy wise almost immediately.                We submiitt the following:
1.)  Americans have trillions of dollars overseas because of ridiculous tax burdens here.  Estimated at around 10 trillion dollars.  Start a fund.  Let them repatriate their funds at 0% tax rate if it goes into that fund.   Set it as a closed end fund.  3 months to fund,, with a ten year term.  Zero taxes on the gains.  Warren Buffet of Berkshire Hathaway and Jim Cramer of CNBC all want a piece of the action for private participation.  Give it to them.  Give it to America as a zero income tax mutual fund to buy these assets, and the same for an energy development plan.  Make two tax free funds and trillions will roll in.  If Warren Buffet and Jim Cramer see it as a good sound financial play then it probably is.  Anyone smarter than them financially speaking???  
The bailout would cost NOTHING to the us government on this idea alone, and almost every penny overseaas would come back into the American economy and be put to use by Americans for Americans.
This is an immediate zero cost to American method.  A major win/win situation with no downside here.
America can do a lot with 10 trillion dollars.  
Now that we have provided America with it’s financial way out at no cost lets deal with energy:
2.)             ENERGY:  The solution is here and now.
Let’s ctuallly care about an energy solution.  We have one and have tried to put it in front of the US DOE, state senators, vice presidents, presidents, the secretary of state, the UN, and various other entities, including T.Boone Pickens, no one even actually asks or responds.  A ZERO polluting, no emissions, American designed method of energy production that does not burn fuel.  Don’t you think the American public let alone the world would like to stop paying for gas for their cars????    NO ONE CARES IN THE US GOVERNMENT.  PERIOD.  We have more interest from Japan,  Dubai and a couple of other entities.  
USE a couple of those billions floating around to fund any project put in front of it that will resolve the energy crisis.  We will have a solution in 1 year or less.  We have the solution; and we mean that literally.  Just put your money where your mouth is and lets talk. (To us).    If we eliminate half our fuel costs as  a nation that’s 350 billion a year.  What are you afraid of???  Actually succeeding in energy freedom?  Call us.
