Oct 05, 2008 – The Ritz Hotel has recently installed a new countertop commercial induction hob from www.controlinduction.co.uk in their main kitchen. The unit was purchased after a two week trial. The Ritz were looking for an induction hob that was not only powerful but also light enough to be portable so that it could be used in different areas of the kitchen "Because it's light enough to carry around we can use it anywhere" said John Williams the Executive Head Chef at The Ritz about his new Control Induction hob
