Danbury, CT, October 03, 2008 --(PR.com)-- A solution to the current foreclosure crisis is now available nationwide. US Foreclosure Prevention Network is a company who's mission is to help homeowners avoid foreclosure by reducing mortgage payments and restructuring mortgage terms. The goal is sustainable home ownership.

Based in Danbury, Connecticut, US Foreclosure Prevention Network (USFPN), the firm is in the process of opening satellite locations in Orlando, Phoenix, San Francisco, Las Vegas, and New York. Maite Duran, company spokeswoman and operations director stated that "we are equipped to assist homeowners in all 50 states immediately. Our Connecticut office is already working with clients from coast to coast. We are establishing branch locations across the country to help us market our professional services and to distribute the workload throughout several offices".

She added, "we have helped hundreds of families over the last several months and we anticipate that there are hundreds of thousand of consumers who stand to benefit from our services. In many cases we've successfully reduced a homeowners mortgage interest rate from over 8% to 2%. Thats a huge monthly savings and resulted in our customers avoiding foreclosure and achieving sustainable home ownership. America needs us and we are making our services available nationwide, effective immediately."

USFPN understands that many minorities have been hit hard by the current crisis, so all of the companies operational employees are bilingual (English-Spanish) speakers.

The company expects to receive and process as many as 100,000 applications nationwide over the next several months.

Homeowners having difficulty paying their mortgage should contact USFPN immediately by emailing USFPN@live.com, visiting the website at www.USFPN.com. A foreclosure prevention specialist will immediately contact homeowners to explain the process and begin assisting.
