KTGY's Denver office, which is also headed by Michael Ohara, AIA, principal and director of residential design, manages a variety of mixed-use, master-planned, residential and retail development projects located throughout the western United States such as a 248-unit for-rent multifamily project for Legacy Partners; retail power, commercial and lifestyle centers in Denver, Utah and Southern California; a vertical mixed-use project that includes 185 multifamily units and 74,000 square feet of commercial space for Midtown Group in Edwards; a Cambria Suites Hotel in Broomfield; and the 35-acre master-planned commercial project for LNR in Jefferson County, Colo.
Prior to joining KTGY, Vickers provided business development support for W.E. O'Neil Construction Company in Denver, where he was instrumental in securing nearly $2 million in new contracts within a 12-month period. Previously, he served as director of marketing and was a project superintendent on a retail tenant improvement vanilla box finish for a national developer for W.E. O'Neil Construction Company.

Vickers has a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Administration from Texas Tech University's Jerry S. Rawls College of Business Administration in Lubbock, TX. He is fluent is Spanish. Vickers is currently a resident of Lakewood, Colo.
