Her general section presentation, “Electronic Marketing: Getting Your Message Out,” will look at websites as a marketing tool and look at electronic marketing techniques that will help companies leverage the web to gain new business, build community and serve customers. Betts will discuss launching a new site, email marketing, effective use of a website, web marketing tools, blogging and creating social networks.
“No business has unlimited resources. The web is a necessary investment and I want to help NTCA members learn how to use the web to realize their business goals in a cost-effective way,” said Betts. “I am looking forward to sharing the successful strategies we have seen implemented by our clients.”
The workshop will be held November 10-11 in St. Louis, Missouri. Details about the event are available at http://www.ntca.org//
