“After we were freed from our franchise agreement, we really weren’t sure how things were going to go. Everything was essentially the same right down to the same two guys answering the phone, Bill and I, but you never know,” said Joe Fell, co-owner of Boston Pack and Ship. “One year later, we can definitely say that being out on our own has opened a number of doors and we’ve been able to introduce our services to several new markets.”

“What helped us as much as anything was the change in name to Boston Pack and Ship. While people had a pretty good idea of what we did with our previous name, Boston Pack and Ship leaves no doubt about what we do and where we do it,” said Fell.
