New way to print images on T-shirts

PRLog (Press Release) – Sep 29, 2008 – The color fastness to washing is superior to that of printing with water pigment ink on flatbed printers. Our ink is solvent based ink, but the ink is non-toxic, environmental friendly by elemination VOCs. Comparing the process on flatbed printers, the productivity & efficiency is higher.

The process is as follows;
(1) To edit the images on PC
(2) To print the image on transfer film
(3) To cut the printed image with laser cutting machine
(4) To press the image on T-shirts with heat presser
(5) Completed T-shirts

This printing system is also suitable for mass production.
