Feb 01, 2008 – Schools teach values to their students. But does the school live up to its values? This is the basic question that the seminar on Institutional Spirituality Quotient (ISQ), scheduled on February 9 from 8:00 am - 12:00 nn at the Social Development Complex of the Ateneo de Manila University proposes to answer.
ISQ is now being known in business circles as the "ISO of Spirituality"
. It offers tools for measuring the spirituality in the workplace to determine if, let's say, the school "walks its talk." Spirituality in ISQ refers to values. "ISQ is not only for Christian institutions or businesses but also for other religions... whatever the values of a particular institution, ISQ will measure how much of those values are lived, " adds Ms. Sabsy Palanca, seminar speaker and author of the book "ISQ: Living One's Values in the Workplace".
This ISQ seminar is being organized by PASEO TLJ EDUCATION SERVICES, a trendsetting group that organizes seminars and workshops for the Education Industry. The seminar is open to School Administrators, Directors/Directresses, Principals/Asst. Principals and Guidance Counselors. For reservations to the ISQ seminar, call 411-8670 or 410-5180.
