Thanks to the support of Rome’s Common and to the sponsorship of Ministry office for cultural assets and activities the event arrives to the edition number XIV. The scheduling will not concern just jazz, that will be however the protagonist, but like the previous years there will be other music’s kinds and not just this.
The villa, already called “culture’s villa”, will become a piece of contemporary art, characterized from provocative and reactionary characters, leaving space also to the photography and more in general to the art of vision. It will be not only encounter place but also exchange place among different cultures and a good opportunity to show and to let emerge new talents in the different expressive sectors.
The Jazz scheduling has been inaugurated the 16th of June from Stefano Di Battista who, with this occasion, presented his new album and confirms himself like a protagonist of the jazz made in Italy. So, we’ll be able to admire the live performances of Roberto Gatto (26th June), Maria Pia De Vito(4th July), Antonio Faraò(5th July), Rosario Giuliani’s Quintetto (6th July), Riccardo Fassi and Antonello Salis (19th July) and again Salis featuring Fabrizio Bosso (27th July).
It’s impossible to cite all the artists that will be present. The reviews of international music will not lack, so, the week from 10th to 14th July will will be rich of French jazz.
There will be two events inspired to the Finnish culture that will bring moreover Italian artists to perform in Finland for an intercultural exchange programme.
