The researchers and organisers, Telecom Finance and BroadGroup, say that the event will attract leading international telecom executives, investment bankers and financial decision makers and law firms to the premier telecom networking event in the region.
To date, the annual Telecom Finance forum held in London has established itself as the flagship networking event for senior TMT financing, strategy and law professionals in London and Europe. The Dubai conference is the launch inaugural and has already received exceptional support with Ernst & Young, the leading professional services organisation, as the Global Platinum Sponsor.
Issues under discussion at the event will include: Expansion strategies for the Middle East, Africa and India; Accessing local and international capital markets: How to finance growth beyond the Gulf; Broadband provision for growth markets: Wireless versus fixed convergence strategies; Building a regional platform in the Middle East; Greenfield opportunities in Africa; a special panel focused on the Globalisation of India; and capturing market share in new growth markets.
Sponsors for the event also include Platinum Sponsor Ernst and Young, Investec and Linklaters.
"Telecom Finance MEAI is the regional flagship event for senior executives in the TMT sector," commented Nicola Hayes, vice president of BroadGroup. "We are delighted that Booz Allen has selected the event as their sponsorship platform. Together with other sponsors and a distinguished speaker academy, the event is a compelling proposition for networking, relationship building and gaining deep market insight."
